i’m with them 3 years, no problem, however, my e-commerce site have problem with them and they take too long to reply, avg about 3 to 4 days because the boss mr khoo dont know how to solve the problem, and he is waiting for his provider to reply from india.
he is just a middle man, and all the services he offer is all outsource to the provider. that’s why i say he run a website, not a business.
