GoDaddy is not know to provide good web hosting services, although they are very popular in domain name registrations, mostly due to aggressive advertising, promotion and marketing.
WPWebHost is a good web host, particularly if you are hosting a website running on WordPress. They are a division of Exabytes, a Malaysian based web hosting company. One of the biggest in Malaysia, and most likely South East Asia.
